Our Project Coordinators work in the main office and support the Resident Managers. They have extensive knowledge and training in HUD rules and regulations and assist the Managers when needed and maintain all records of the properties as required by HUD.
Our Resident Managers live on site at the project locations and have regular office hours to assist new and present Tenants with applications and renewals and other administrative concerns. There is one or more maintenance personnel assigned to each property location that will perform regular maintenance and repairs to the building and apartments as needed.
Our main office provides additional support staff for administrative and accounting services to the projects as required.
